What I don't want to let the world know (I mean it)■某自治体発のエピソードがおなかいっぱいすぐる件

How can I describe this situation?

There is a man believing his own almightiness, who happened to be a mayor of a local city.
He tweets (a lot), he wallposts (a lot), and he's not reluctant to hurl abuse at anyone who deserves it.
And oh what a lot of people out there to be despised by the man.

He began conducting e-commerce on behalf of his local goverment at December 2011.
And it happenes to turn out to be a piracy-friendly network.
He privatized a pulic library at April 2013.
And it happend to exchange some convenience for users' personal information with no prior explanation.

Many points are still at issue, and I am not a resident of the city.
So my impression is just a lamentation, as a citizen of Japan, happen to have a politician who says
"I'd like to keep doing this with various people, and one non-negotiable thing is my own brand value."

Wha?

I can admit there is a politician who doesn't know a meaning of a public servant.
I also know there is a man who doesn't notice he/she is just a mere link between the past and the future.
